Descripción : The Pyme Tamaqui is an enterprise of prosecuted food, its installations are located in Atuntaqui city, Imbabura province. At the present time, the production activities are realized in spaces of the infrastructure of housing of the owners, it is the flow of the activities of the process of production, the spaces are unsuitable for the activity of production of food, there are not checks in the operation of materials which affect to the characteristics of the product and the capacity of production that does not let to satisfy to the demand. The design of agroindustrial factory of prosecuted food in the pyme Tamaqui of Atuntaqui, it is a proposal of distribution in the installations of enterprises in function to the activities of the productive process and to the physical demands of the system of production, with the purposes to get products that execute with measures of manipulation of food, operation of materials, also resources which let us to get the increase least estimable to the twenty per cent of the capacity of production and the completion of the demands of the BPM in ninety five per cent of the index of verification card that the technical experts of inspection in the Regulation, control and sanitary vigilance agency (ARCSA) emit it. According to the balance of objective of the proposal finish in the completion of the national law in force and the increase of the capacity of production in a thirty per cent and the completion of the demands in good practices of manufacture in a hundred per cent it is allowing the satisfaction of demands and offering best products to the consumers.
