Descripción : Communication is a fundamental part of daily life, but although it is important within society, there are communicational problems within many companies, this is because there are considerable communications failures within them. Therefore, certain actions that allow companies to remain in the market in an organized way with solid corporate values should be improved and potentiated, being these a differentiating factor of the APFSERVING- PÁEZ Y PÁEZ CONSTRUCTORA CIA. LTDA.. This is why the following research will focus solely on the research carried out at APFSERVING-PÁEZ Y PÁEZ CONSTRUCTORA CIA. LTDA., A construction company that despite having a communication department, feels the need to modify the communication APFSERVING and the quality of information in order to implement new relationships with its public. This research was done in order to know the and appreciation that its internal public has about the and to evaluate if the processes and channels of communication that are being used in APFSERVING are adequate. A type of mixed study was used, that is to say a qualitative and quantitative investigation, these being the ones that allowed to know in depth the causes of the previously exposed shortcomings. It is necessary to point out that the communication proposal with which this is completed focuses on seeking improvement in the communication processes as well as correcting and enhancing the communication that allow to attract its internal publics. Keeping that within this study is also important to mention that the relationship that the Construction Company has with its collaborators is fundamental since with this improvement it will be to have an updated work team, prepared and able to face new challenges that the has. And that APFSERVING PÁEZ Y PÁEZ, will become a better place of work.
