Descripción : | The project to produce and market a dietary supplement that replaces one of the five meals recommended by the World Health Organization day arises because of the trend towards better nutrition and health care. The survey shows that 80.3% of the sample in the city of Quito would replace one meal with a nutritional supplement and 69.2% of the sample finds very attractive the idea of a drinkable food supplement based on soy. Cost leadership strategies will be used to enter the HK market, unlike the competition, which imports its products. Because of the new tariff policy and change in tariff headings the price of the competition has risen by more than 100%. The product will be marketed through supermarkets as La Favorita and Provefarma (Fybeca). Besides this, the product will be marketed online through the website of HK. Staff will be trained to optimize company resources. The initial investment is estimated at 144,871 USD, 60% leveraged in bank loans and 40% will be equity from the stockholders…. |
