| Resumen : | Este proyecto se trata sobre un restaurante museo llamado La Hueca Quiteña en donde vamos a tener toda la variedad de platos con los que nos encontramos en las hermosas calles de Quito. Estos platos serán modernizados sin tocar sus sabores tradiciones sino dándoles una imagen nueva. Al mismo tiempo este establecimiento dará el servicio de museo en donde se van a poder apreciar objetos tradicionales quiteños que darán a conocer nuestras raíces. El restaurante museo La Hueca Quiteña será un lugar nuevo y tradicional que rescatará la historia de la gastronomía quiteña y le dará pasa a esta al nuevo siglo. |
| Descripción : | This Project is about a museum restaurant called La Hueca Quiteña where we are going to have all the types of dishes that we can find in the beautiful streets of Quito. These dishes will be upgraded without touching their traditions flavors, but giving a new image. At the same time La Hueca Quiteña museum restaurant will give the service of museum where we could see sorne traditional objects that will show our roots. The museum restaurant La Hueca Quiteña where will be a new and traditional place that will rescue Quito's gastronomic histories and will give it room to the new century. |
