| Descripción : | Beginning from a previous urban workshop realized in the AR0 960 2019-1 which is located in Larrea and Santa Clara neighborhoods in the south central of Quito city, where a previous study had done based in population, mobility, use and occupation of the ground, height, public space and other, an urban plan could be done projected to 2030-year establishment urban equipment that could help to get better the place and developed the city according to the urban plan already established. This document is realized based on the equipment of Entrepreneurship and Business Development Center for which a theoretical analysis had done for the better understanding of the process that it’s going to be happen in this center. After of this study a referent analysis had done for establish urban and architectural objectives and strategies and then specialized and obtain the architectural object. |
