Resumen : | En el presente trabajo de titulación se realizará una propuesta de optimización para el proceso de Eventos para una institución de educación superior ubicada en la ciudad de Quito… |
Descripción : | In the following report will be made a proposal of optimization for the process of events for an institution of higher education located in the city of Quito. It begins by understanding the approval process for conducting events within the institution. For this purpose, a current situation analysis is carried out with management tools by processes such as SIPOC diagrams, analytical Cursograma and process simulation by using Bizagi Diagramer. Through a survey, it´s managed to know the response time that the customer expects for the approval of an event which was 4-5 days, however, the response time of the current process is 16 days in the approval of an event. With this information is passed to carry out a root cause analysis, in this way to identify the cause of the existing problem. With the root cause it proposes a process design in which the response time manages to reduce significantly, in the same way a new format design is proposed for events in which the probability of making an-error is reduced and avoiding the existing reprocesses. Finally, a comparison is made between the current and proposed process in order to analyze the results obtained in the improvement proposal. Obtaining a response time of 8 days, so the efficiency of the process compared to what was expected by the customer went from 31 percent to 62 percent. |
