| Descripción : | In relation with the guide of good practices livestock (BPP) resolution # 0217 establishes that it is essential to improve the production, milk safety and animal welfare through the design of a Manual application of the Norma BPP on the cattle farm Ayahurco in Aloag - the Murco parish. You must evaluate the current situation of the production unit; develop a plan of treatment for diseases and vaccines as also analysis of fat in milk and its safety. Its necessary to establish and implement a procedure of improvement of the production unit and develop a management model of the BPP rules. Finances and cost of this program should be analyzed. After implementing all the activities and procedures required by BPP it shows that there is an increment of milk production per month as well as in its quality(fat, amount of microorganisms and protein). The implementation and future certification of BPP by the competent entity will allow pasteurizers companies to increase the price per liter of up to 0.03 cents more… |
