Descripción : This draft is postulated degree from the theoretical contributions of structural functionalism , systems and quality ; in order to propose a model for managing quality in the processes of internal communication within the company Novicompu First, take the main tenets of the theory related to structural functionalism and how the elements of Paradigma presented Oquist and Oszlak (1970) like structure, functions, processes and needs; allow interaction and interrelationship for operation of a system. It should be noted, that all concepts related to the business field. On the other hand, it understands internal communication as a circular process that allows the exchange of messages, ideas and information (Rodrigo, 1995). In addition, the elements of internal communication, such as public, types, channels, streams and detailing tools. Finally, a quality model in the processes of internal communication, where it is based on the principles of quality (Pérez, 2012) was designed. Based on this you can understand that quality is evidenced by a cycle of continuous improvement, in order to run this cycle must be managed as a process approach Internal Communication. Process management approach helps align communication activities, through tools such as characterization, flow charts; the same that are developed by identifying the Internal Communication process detailed in the process map. The aim of process management is to achieve an improvement in internal communication, based on the needs of company personnel. (Mallar, 2010)
