Resumen : Esta tesis plantea un proyecto de construcción de espacios arquitectónicos interiores de un Bar Restaurante Cultural Ecuatoriano, a través de la exposición de ambientes creados a partir mueblería, iluminación y espacios simbólicos. Que se logre exponer la cultura ecuatoriana en la relación existente entre los distintos elementos de las regiones geográficas del país, además de su diversidad de culturas, que se logra por la exposición de las ritualidades que comparten con la elaboración de La Colada Morada, en la conmemoración de Día de Difuntos, que será la fuente de inspiración para el Restaurante, y el consumo de Canelazo, cóctel caliente andino, que será el referente para el Bar; logrando con estos dos elementos la conjugación del mayor compartir de la cultura ecuatoriana, atravesado por nacionalidades y mestizos. En los espacios que se construyen se refleja en sus tapices, en su mobiliario, en sus tonalidades de color y en sus distribuciones el reflejo de comodidad y exclusividad.
Descripción : This thesis presents a project to build an interior architectural spaces Ecuadorian Cultural Bar Restaurant through exposure environments created from furniture, lighting and symbolic spaces. To secure exhibit Ecuadorian culture in the relationship between the various elements of the geographic regions of the country, in addition to its diversity of cultures, which is achieved by exposing the ritualities they share with the development of La Colada Morada in commemoration of All Souls Day, which will be the source of inspiration for the restaurant, and the consumption of Canelazo Andean hot cocktail that will be the benchmark for the Bar, achieving these two elements conjugation greater share of Ecuadorian culture, crossed by nationalities and mestizos. In spaces that are built into its tapestry is reflected in the furniture, in their color and their distributions reflect comfort and exclusiveness.
