| Descripción : | This work is based on research that aims to strengthen the identity of the Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos del Ecuador, Pichincha (CPDEP), in order to increase their sense of belonging to this institution which has no profit and instead only works for the welfare of its members nationwide since its founding. The proposed conclusions were obtained after investigating the communication processes within the CPDEP, the degree of belonging and identity level partners identified through surveys and interviews with several of its executives. Finally the proposed Plan seeks to encourage partners CPDEP through greater participation in the renewal of its corporate identity and through the organization of the South American Summit Sports Journalism, which would generate an international recognition of the partners involved in the initiative a massive event that promotes regional development of sports, producers, cameramen journalist, among other professionals involved with the sport and the media. The proposal will also provide a social contribution as first organization of Sports Journalists providing for image management and become the first host a South American Summit with international partnerships that will strengthen and will resume the importance of the Circle of Sports Journalists of Ecuador had several years ago. |
