| Descripción : | For children to achieve quality intergraded development, it is indispensable that they develop within a secure and trustful atmosphere under the guidance of qualified personal as well as active participation within the family and the community. Through this project we developed a plan for the improvement of the academic level, administration and physical infrastructure in the Centro de Desarrollo Inicial Ebenezer. This project would implement a curricular model for training not only teachers, but the educational community too and provide adequate infrastructure so that they can meet the standards of quality required by Ecuadorian Government entities. For the development of this project the Educational Community and the Institution worked together to fulfill the objectives proposed as well as establishing parameters for the orientation and discipline of all the members committed to the process of teaching-learning of the students. Once understood, financed and executed this project, the Centro de Desarrollo Inicial Ebenezer would be enabled to plan, organize, direct, and control school and extra-curricular activities thereby providing a quality service. |
