| Descripción : | This qualification work aims to generate a plant redesign that complies with the BPM regulations for the company La Delicia and make a profitability analysis of the application of the regulations. In the first stage, the percentage of compliance with the plant's requirements will be compared based on a checklist of the BPM regulations, to collect the plant's failures and be able to correct them in the redesign stage. In the next stage, the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) methodology will be used to generate the redesign proposal. Afterwards, the evaluation of the redesign proposal will be carried out based on the BPM checklist, to compare its compliance percentage. Finally, all the values will be taken, and a financial balance of the redesign proposal will be made, covering the aspects of: Initial investment, depreciation of machinery and equipment, salary of operators, fixed and variable costs. Finally, the proposal will be evaluated with the indicators; Benefit cost, TIR, Monetary breakeven point, and breakeven point in units produced. |
