| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evidenciar la situación actual en la que se encuentra el bullying y cyberbullying en el país. Con este propósito, se entrevistó a varios expertos en el tema para poder obtener una visión más amplia de la problemática. Para evidenciar el problema se contó con testimonios de personas que han sido víctimas en diferentes escenarios escolares. Además, para contextualizar e indagar en el tema se tomó en cuenta distintas leyes ecuatorianas y varias fuentes personales y documentales. La investigación arrojó información sobre los tipos de sanciones que puede recibir un agresor, los problemas psicológicos que pueden tener tanto la víctima como el victimario y de cómo los colegios llevan los casos de acoso escolar. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation has as aims demonstrate the current situation in the one that is the bullying and cyberbullying in the country. With this intention, one interviewed several experts in the topic to be able to obtain a more wide vision of the problematic. To demonstrate the problem one relied on persons testimonies that they have been victims in different school scenes. In addition, for contextualized and to investigate in the topic bore in mind different Ecuadoran laws and you change personal and documentary sources. The investigation threw information about the types of sanctions that an aggressor can receive, the psychological problems that can have both the victim and the aggressor and of how the colleges take the cases of school harassment. |
