Descripción : The present business plan contemplates the creation of the company " Café de Especialidad Origen", dedicated to the production and commercialization of specialty coffee. This specialty coffee is sold in coffee shops and restaurants that offer specialty coffee to its customers in the city of Buenos Aires. Generating added value to Ecuadorian specialty coffee and customer loyalty for these establishments. The main objective is to promote local production, generate jobs and a better management of the gathering centers for different farms through this product. Working hand in hand with small producers and giving them fair treatment, with the subsequent development of the right roast graph in order to highlight the quality, aroma, body and flavors of Ecuadorian specialty coffee from its different producing provinces. For this plan, qualitative and quantitative research was carried out, which uses tools such as: surveys in the city of Buenos Aires, interviews with local and international experts. These results helped to find the ideal market, and the characteristics that the product should have. Between 70% - 80% of coffee shops and restaurants in the city of Buenos Aires already offer a specialty coffee to their customers, of which 41% buy that product between $ 41 - $ 60 US dollars per kilo, becoming an extremely attractive market, because the local price of the kilo of specialty coffee fluctuates between $ 20 - $ 28 US dollars. The projected income statement, shows that the investment made for the acquisition of the raw material, machinery and office supplies are recovered in the second year and for each of the following years there is a net profit with continues growth.
