Descripción : Tagua is a renewable product that contributes to sustainable development, and above all to the promotion of a social and solidary economy in Ecuador. In this way it seeks to promote non-oil products in the current project, which aims to manufacture and export tagua buttons to the Turkish market, under the name of Middle of the World Buttons. Next, the key aspects to support the viability of the project will be detailed. Through the analysis of macroenvironments, it was identified that the business environment is favorable for export. Turkey's textile sector is key to GDP growth and tagua buttons provide added value to their clothing; Through the EFE Matrix, the opportunities and threats to which the company is exposed can be evidenced. For the design of the Business Plan, qualitative tools (interviews with experts and clients) and quantitative tools (customer surveys) were used, and data of great relevance was obtained for the preparation of the company's marketing mix. As results it was determined that he sent the product is addressed to the wholesalers and that the tagua buttons must have designs that conform to the fashionable seasons. A fundamental element of the project is to comply with the delivery time of the product and the amount established in the contracts towards an efficient and quality service. With this information, the manufacturing and export processes were aligned. Finally, with the financial analysis, it was projected to five years and it was considered that he sent buttons should be quarterly, due to the fashionable seasons. It is concluded that the business is profitable as evidenced by the financial indicators.
