Descripción : The “Business plan for the production and marketing of impulse air milking liner, with imported inputs from the United States”, is a business plan which seeks to meet the needs of the livestock market in terms of increasing the quality and quantity of Milk production in the province of Pichincha. This will be done by the production and commercialization of impulse air milking liner under the brand AirPlus, which its main function is to avoid a reflux of milk at the time of the milking, thus avoiding that there is a contamination of the same with the outer part of the udder of the cow. In the same way this milking liner reduces the pressure in the top of the udder preventing in 68 percent from producing a mastitis and stimulates it so that with the time and use of this milking liner increase milk production. We make an analysis of the external environment was carried out following the guidelines of the PEST model and the five forces of Porter, with the purpose of determining the viability of the project, the threats and the opportunities that the market presents, obtaining as a result that the Market has favorable conditions for its development. In the same way we did a study of the client was carried out, in which it was possible to observe which are the tastes and preferences of the same one when choosing a type of liners for its cattle, starting from this point and with the obtained data it was possible to make a proposal of close value Simple and sustainable in project time. Based on the previous analyses, it was sought to adapt a general marketing strategy to the project, which are adjustable to the market, and respond to product, price, square and promotion strategies. It also sought a philosophy and organizational structure, which is simple and goes in line with the mission and vision of it. Finally, there was a financial analysis which through indicators were able to determine that project is viable, with low initial investment and a rate of return that is attractive to the project and the investor.
