Descripción : The United States is currently developing new ways to expand its satellite radio market with technology platforms such as SeriusXM (American satellite radio station) around the continent, which provides a training service with music without commercial, live sports, news and discussions all year. The general marketing strategy of the project, seeks to enter the market aggressively through the use of social networks and billboards because satellite radio is not known in the Ecuadorian market. In addition, the general strategy is based on differentiation since the AM and FM modulated frequencies contain many disadvantages in terms of the entertainment of listening radios, taking into account that these frequencies have many limitations such as limited range, interference and invasive advertising. On the other hand, satellite radio has many advantages such as null invasive advertising to provide radio transmission without commercial notices, as long as you pay the monthly subscription fee, contains a novel system that is variant to the traditional radio system that contains advantages in information matter, since the live satellite radio station will have personalities recognized by the listeners, a musical platform with more than 100 musical genres in high definition. With these features, satellite radio aims to teach the final consumer that they can have live musical, informative and radio entertainment in the palm of their hand, with high-definition sound without cuts. The revenues of the business model are constituted by its two main services, the advertising space in the transmission of satellite radio, and the monthly subscription to access the satellite radio tuning without advertisements. In this context, it is sought that the initiation and execution of the business will have an initial investment of USD 268,100.91, which is the sum of the costs of setting up the company, the purchase of fixed equipment for the transmission of the frequency, and mainly, the projected six-month fixed costs that will cover the immediate obligations and support the structure of costs and expenses until reaching the point of business balance.
