| dc.description | The main objective of this research was the economic quantification derived from medical absenteeism in the post-harvest area of a flower company during the year 2017. The methodology used was historical when reviewing human resources documents in terms of To the costs, descriptive in the investigation of field and explanatory when detailing which were the costs that intervene, the methods were analytical, synthetic, inductive and deductive. The results obtained in this research are: direct costs 3,080.14 dollars; Indirect costs 13,037.43 dollars and production costs 32,571.85 dollars, giving a total of costs 48,688.82 dollars during the year 2016. The conclusion reached is that absenteeism in the post-harvest area costs a lot of money 48,688.82 dollars per year, due to medical reasons therefore it should be encouraged to reduce it through training the post-harvest workers and the implementation of work strategies. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación fue la cuantificación económica derivada del absentismo laboral por causa médica, en el área de pos cosecha de una empresa florícola, durante el año 2017. La metodología utilizada fue histórica al revisar los documentos de recursos humanos en cuánto a los costos, descriptiva en la investigación de campo y explicativa al detallar cuáles fueron los costos que intervienen, lo métodos fueron analítico, sintético, inductivo y deductivo. Los resultados que se han obtenido en esta investigación son: costos directos 3.080,14 dólares; costos indirectos 13.037,43 dólares y los costos de producción 32.571,85 dólares, lo que dan un total de costos 48.688,82 dólares durante el año 2016. La conclusión a la que se llegó es que el absentismo laboral en el área de poscosecha le cuesta mucho dinero 48.688,82 dólares anuales, debido a causa médica por lo tanto se debe propender a su reducción a través de capacitación a los obreros de poscosecha y a la aplicación de estrategias de trabajo. | es_ES |
