| Resumen : | Este trabajo fue desarrollado en el Hospital Luis Moscoso Zambrano durante los meses de enero a junio del año 2016, el objetivo que se planteo fue determinar la influencia del estrés laboral en el rendimiento profesional del equipo de salud; la metodología fue desarrollada en base al contexto, así se estableció un estudio analítico sintético, puesto que se desarrolló una descomposición del objeto de estudio para poder realizar el análisis, que en el caso particular de este estudio fue el estrés laboral, a más de ello, fue un estudio descriptivo, porque solo se describieron las variables, no se manipularon a profundidad, y además correlacional y transversal puesto que los resultados de las variables se relacionan entre sí, a más de ser retroactivo por la temporalidad de desarrollo del trabajo... |
| Descripción : | This work was developed in the Hospital Luis Moscoso Zambrano during the months of January to June of the year 2016, the objective was to determine the influence of work stress on the professional performance of the health team; The methodology was developed based on the context, so a synthetic analytical study was established, since a decomposition of the object of study was developed to be able to carry out the analysis, which in the particular case of this study was the work stress, in addition to it , Was a descriptive study, because only the variables were described, they were not manipulated in depth, and also correlational and transverse since the results of the variables are related to each other, rather than being retroactive by the temporality of work development. In order to obtain results, the Maslach Burnout questionnaire was applied as a measurement instrument, consisting of 22 questions with a measurement scale of 0 to 6, which was applied to the health team of 16 physicians and 26 nurses. We take the recommendation given by Bernal (2010) to apply three phases to the methodological process, these are the initial phase or contact with the community, where it will be explained to health personnel, stimulating their interest in participation; So we also have the intermediate phase or elaboration of the action plan, establishing actions to be carried out and ways of doing it; And finally there is the evaluation and execution phase of the study, in which the collaboration of society immersed in the study begins. The results obtained were as follows: 52.4% of the sample belonged to the male gender, while 47.6% to women, in the area where they performed 72% did so in the emergency area, while 5% in surgery, and emergency the 19% As majority areas, 38.1% in the range of 0 to 5 years of age, the variables that had the highest incidence in relation to the information crossing of the Burnout questionnaire were emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of Personal fulfillment of the emergency area. |
