| Resumen : | La Fundación de Diabetes Juvenil del Ecuador, fue concebida debido a la necesidad urgente de brindar un espacio en donde los pacientes y familiares de jóvenes diabéticos que requieran apoyo psicológico, médico, nutricional, etc.; se complementen con los servicios necesarios y las condiciones para que su estado físico no se deteriore. Por esto el objetivo principal de este proyecto, es la reubicación de la fundación, a través del cambio de uso del establecimiento de la Defensoría Pública para adaptar la fundación a este sitio, por ser un lugar mucho más amplio y con mejores accesos hacia el mismo. De esta manera se propone un nuevo concepto de fundación para jóvenes diabéticos, en un espacio óptimo y funcional para el paciente, sus familiares y el personal de servicio. Desarrollando áreas tanto públicas como privadas para uso de las instalaciones con un diseño adecuado utilizando el color, iluminación, materiales y mobiliario partiendo de un concepto que reúna todas las características y genere un ambiente confortable, funcional y hogareño para los visitantes. |
| Descripción : | The Diabetes Foundation for the Youth in Ecuador was conceived because of the deeply and urgent need to give a place where the young diabetes patients and their families can find not only medical but psychological, nutritional, and others help and guide, fulfilled with all of the requirements that their disease demands, searching and working there for the improve and build up their physical and mental states. That is why the main objective of this project is to re adapt the foundation working place to a different one, to the Defensoría Pública building, adapting this interiors proposal to this new place, which is space full, bigger and with a better access to it. Through this proposal I suggest a new concept to the foundation, give a better and optimal place for the patients, their families and the service staff; it includes public and private access to the different services the foundation gave, and improve them all with the properly colors, lightning, materials and furniture, all of this starting from a concept which reunite all of the characteristics to give a comfortable, functional and homelike place for patients, staff and visitors. |
