Descripción : This paper seeks to determine the degree favorable and against related factors stadium billboards Gonzalo Pozo, previously analyzing the macro and micro environment to determine the industry in which the institution involved to try first. The measurement results will be quantitative so it will be evaluated in numbers, new revenues possibly be the institution, and to provide new qualitative amateur experience. In conclusion determine that a football club with incomes of millions of dollars, not given as just a sports entity, but as a company, to be called so, the club must be in constant renovations and innovations that this pace of society by identifying the market segment to enter, search for new management models to project long-term relationship private company, club and amateur, three major axes to sustain the club.
