Descripción : Nowadays, is observed consumers tendency for natural food and drinks because they are looking for health care and good esthetic. Digeslife offers Pitimas flavored drink, this product has aloe vera cubes and pitahaya seeds; the function is hydrate, and it activates human metabolism. Non-alcoholics beverage industry grows in 4% each year. To begin with, product components has nutritional elements, there are more than 200 minerals and nutrients. On the other hand, it is product of massive consumption for this reason there are a lot of substitute products, but flavored drink is different for their inputs; also, there are some rival companies and two of these offer similar dinks with aloe vera cubes, but the products are imported then we have cost advantage thus it is cost differentiation for company. Moreover, there are a lot of suppliers because inputs are natives of Ecuador; for this reason the firm has chance to choose better prices and quality. At the present time, Ecuador give opportunities for stablishing new companies because government is constantly pushing national production through different incentives and facilities for businessman. However, GDP of non-alcoholic beverage industry contribute 3% at GDP because drinks always are accepted by the costumer. Another essential factor is the inclination towards natural products on the population; the target market is 872.563 individuals between 19 and 64 years old, they are in the social stratum A, B and C+. According to the sample, 90% of people indicate acceptation; it is occasion for offering pitimas flavored drink on the market. Project show profitableness because financial evaluation has indicate next values: Net Present Value USD 147,351.49, Profitability Index 3.19 and Internal Rate of Return 54.80%. There are positive values and indicating long-term profitability.
