Descripción : The present business plan proposes the development of a German themed brewery called “Prost!”. This brewery is located in Cumbaya a sector of the metropolitan district of Quito. Prost! Seeks to innovate the market by introducing German culture when consuming beer. This business plan shows viability thorough a market, administrative, finical and operational study. “Prost!” Is a brewery, which distributes several craft beers, and industrial beers served with typical German food. These beers are produced in the Quito district by small businesses that develop their own beer in the German style. Prost! Is directed to people between 18 and 45 years of age, who maintain the habit of drinking beer as well as seeking to share in different environments to those existing in the city. An industry analysis was developed, through an external analysis with the PEST tool (political, economic, social and technological) and a Porter analysis allowing to know the opportunities and the threats of the industry. In addition, a market study was developed in which the target market was identified. The business plan also includes a marketing that includes strategies that should be developed in terms of product, price, place and promotion. The business plan enlists the business philosophy in which the mission, vision, values and objectives of the company are detailed. An operational plan was developed with the hierarchical design of the company, as well as the roles of the employees with their functions and obligations. Finally, a financial study was developed detailing the total of the initial investment, the recovery period, financial statements and financial indicators.
