Descripción : The purpose of this business plan is to determine the feasibility of creating a company that offers manicure services in an adapted van, i.e. Manicure Express Truck. According to Procosmetics, the consumption trend of beauty products and services grows at a rate of 12% in the country since the beginning of this decade. Focusing on the manicure service, only in the M.D. of Quito, it is estimated that there are 37.641 women (INEC, 2015), of which 74% of them like to get a professional manicure done. The company Miss Coquette aims to offer their service in an unconventional space, as it is in a van adapted to simulate a living house: cozy, comfortable, clean and friendly; that will circulate in the Carolina Zone. The profile of most of the women living or working in this area is: they part of a middle upper or upper economic status, they like to get their manicure done by a professional and they do not have that much time left because of their multiple activities. For this reason, the company seeks to emphasize the availability of the service as it will work by appointment and the meeting points will be perfectly designed; so, that clients will not take more than 20 minutes average of their lunchtime, to get their manicure done. Also, the service that will offer Miss Coquette takes in consideration a personalized service; that it is fundamental for the beauty industry and is increasingly requested by women.
