Descripción : The new tendencies with regards to the consumption of healthy products have been experimented in a vast majority in the past few years, the Organic market establishes new and better forms of alimentation in which impulses the free consumption of contaminated chemicals that affect the health, proportioning in such form an increase in its demand and the quality of life who consume it. The idea currently raised is the Plan of Action, it proposes the production and commercialization of drinks elaborated of Organic fruits, almond milk and honey, who objective is to provide the population a healthy alternative with different flavors and a high content of nutrients. To achieve these objectives of the project the strategy applied would be differentiation it will focus mainly on the characteristics of the drink with regards to the quality and design, with the purpose to obtain a competitive advantage within the Ecuadorian market. “Organic Wright” is designed for people of 18 to 64 years of age with a socioeconomic class, mid-high class and high class, of all sectors in the city of Quito, including “Los Valles” (Cumbayá, Tumbaco, Los Chillos). “Organic Wright” will be constituted as a Limited Company with a minimum of three co-owners, its input of capital corresponds to (50%) to the CEO and (25%) to the co-owners, with an end to obtain an initial investment of $ 101.353.43 USD, amount of which 40% corresponds to its own capital and 60% to a five-year finance. It is important to consider aspects such as the CNV (Current Net Value) of $258.909,97 USD and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) at 89,61%, in which it demonstrates the viability presented by the project for its initiation.
