| Descripción : | Through the passage of time, sport has undergone several changes achieving constant innovation becoming a vital tool for good health of human being. In Ecuador, soccer is considered the most popular and attractive sport for all social groups, because it improves life quality and eradicates the existent leisure in the country. According to “Ministerio del Deporte”, Ecuador is the fifth country in Latin America that has high levels in sport activity. Thankful to this information, there is the need of implement and improve sport in Ecuador. Now a days, the inclusion of disabled people with special abilities in the Ecuadorian social sector, allows the creation of new projects that give the optimum service to satisfy their necessities. World Quality of live publish, by World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016, establishes that practicing soccer is a recommendable method for inclusion and intellectual teaching for people with special abilities. The Children with Down syndrome are a segment of Ecuadorian society ingrained with stereotypes and discrimination that have not been attended by the public and private institutions in the country. Currently in Ecuador, there are not establishments that provide personalized attention in sports for people with Down syndrome. Based on this, Football Town is a project that aims to improve the quality of life for children with Down syndrome contributing to motor development and the strengthening of their technical and physical skill using new training and teaching methods. Football Town is an accessible project cause of the children with Down syndrome demand that live in Quito and because of the entrepreneur structure and financial viability. |
