Resumen : El proyecto se basa en el acondicionamiento y transformación de una tienda por departamentos para artículos, accesorios y acabados para la construcción, en el Centro Comercial Galería...
Descripción : he project is based on the conditioning and transformation of a department store for articles, accessories and finishes for the construction, in the Shopping Center Gallery. The objective is to adapt the building to the design and to the chosen concept that is the Factory. To develop the concept has been used several ideas, among these are the use of elements such as tools, wheels, gears, pulleys, which cross the building and connect it to each other, forming a relationship of vertical type in the interior. Also, the integration of these elements embedded in walls, make the showcases and windows of each department, integrate to the rest of the space and make it look like one. Also, the use of industrial elements in the floor that combined with colors, gives dynamism to the environments. The project is developed in three architectural plants: upper floor, ground floor and a semi-subsoil. For this reason the space was divided into three large areas: customer area, administrative area and service area. On the upper floor is distributed modular departments for construction, lighting and floor covering: carpet, and walls: paintings and tapestries. There is also the administrative area and guest bathrooms. In the ground floor are the departments of floor coverings: floating floor and ceramics, the tools and the facilities, rest area, hall, cafeteria, cashiers and guest bathrooms. And finally in the subsoil is distributed all the service areas. Obtained in this way, an integral place where the different elements such as furniture, lighting, shapes, colors, among others, are fused to represent the concept determined through design, and to convey the sensations appropriate to the users or clients who are going to visit this building.
