| Descripción : | At work degree, the main objective was to apply the knowledge of Graphic Design applying them in the interface design of digital media that contribute to the improvement in communication between the product Renting Pichincha and its customers, and also contribute to the positioning of the brand Renting Pichincha. It was used methods of gathering information to define the main communication needs that exist in the company. On the other hand, it was used a bibliographic that helps to know the basis for the design of digital media according to the standards established The structuring of digital media that this compound was proposed by the re-design of the website in order to help improve the image and positioning of Renting Pichincha. And besides, a mobile application focused on enterprise customers in order to improve communication and reduce operational burden to the area of Call Center. |
