Resumen : En el Ecuador existe un gran número de empresas que ofrecen servicios de consultoría de cualquier tipo, y esto hace que no se especializasen en un tema específico. Debido a la problemática que atraviesa hoy en día el país, las empresas han tenido que hacer frente a nuevas reformas de ley y nuevos mandatos, poniendo en riesgo su estabilidad y desempeño, es por esto que ahora trabajar en el clima laboral ha dejado de ser un tema de interés solo para la empresa grande. Las pequeñas empresas del país no realizan actividades ni evaluaciones enfocadas hacia el bienestar de sus empleados debido a la falta de tiempo y presupuesto, sin embargo, están de acuerdo en que es un tema muy importante y que todo tipo de empresa debería manejarlo
Descripción : In Ecuador, there is a large number of companies who offer consulting services of any kind, since they do not specialize in a particular subject. Because of the problem that the country is crossing today, companies have had to deal with new legal reforms and new mandates, jeopardizing their stability as well as their performance, so improving the work environment is no longer an issue of interest for small companies as it is for big companies. Small companies in the country, due to lack of time and budget, do not perform activities or assessments focused towards the welfare of their employees. However, they have agreed that any kind of companies should manage it because of it is a very important issue. After the different investigations, it was determined that the measurement of working environment is an issue that should be treated by an external consultant to get better and real results. Small companies are looking for solutions to their specific personnel management problems, with a price that is within their ability to pay and an evaluation that does not take much time to carrying out. The purpose of the project is to focus on satisfy the specifically needs of small companies, in terms of good management of their work environment and implementation of improvement activities by creating an interactive system that will allow conducting surveys and psychological profiles of employees. Together with observations made by a psychologist, which generates objective results for each company and its problem. Prices are lower than the competition because it is a different market and because the investigation to be carried out will be, lower than an average consultancy. The total projected investment is $ 90,534.93, which 60% will be covered by internal resources and 40% with a bank loan. The project has an IRR of 15.90% and a NPV of $ 8.207 and thanks to these values the viability of the project is determined.
