| Descripción : | This dissertation project is a business plan that is intended to create a smoothie store in Quito. In this project we will analyze different external factors that influence the creation of the company. Also, the 5 forces of Porter will be analyzed to determine the industry situation. The Enterprise that we are trying to create will have smoothies as its core product, with the option of adding supplements to make an even healthier. Market research was done to determine: Consumer preferences, customer needs, product acceptance etc. The main product is similar to fruit shakes, the main difference is the consistence of the final merchandise, mainly because it is made out of frozen products. Smoothies are made with four ingredients: juice, yogurt or sherbet, frozen fruit and ice. There are many possible combinations that depend on the customer taste. The company is going to display pre-stablished mixes so it is easier for the client to choose from them. |
