| Descripción : | The following document is detailed a business plan for the implementation of a bar restaurant themed e-sports in the city of Quito, the term e-sports it refers to those games where there is competition. This innovative proposal is given by the success of the food industry in Ecuador together with a large industry that is growing as is the video game or e-sports. In Ecuador is constantly growing industry of food and there is great growth in terms of the followers of the game it is, so through various analyzes an interesting business proposal was found to start. Since there are several bars Theme Restaurants in Quito he sought to impose a strong competitive advantage, which is make the customer feel as if in a video game, this is detailed in chapter marketing, taking into account the importance this competitive advantage the main focus of marketing is differentiation. To end a complete financial analysis projected 5 years, taking into account from the initial investment to cash flows and sales of the 5th year, this demonstrates NPV and IRR indicators show that it is a completely profitable project was carried out. |
