| Descripción : | The business plan for the creation of a company focused on the physical and pedagogical development of children in the crossfit training modality, arises from the presence of sedentary lifestyle in today's children. Seeking to achieve the development of skills such as confidence, respect, discipline and teamwork that help to have a healthier lifestyle for these future generations. After the study conducted, it can be seen that 90.2 percent of the sample in the city of Quito know what the crossfit is or have heard about the exercise and 72.5 percent would choose crossfit as an extracurricular activity for their child. To enter the Balance crossfit for kids market, more differentiation strategies will be used for the same. The service will be promoted through social networks, flyers, posters, google adwords and word of mouth marketing after living the experience of the service provided, as well as providing information on both the business and health-related topics through the website of Balance crosfit for kids. |
