Descripción : Currently, there is a growing social trend towards health care and physical appearance, for that reason it can be observed that more people seek ways to achieve that goal. In order to meet this need, the commerce industry has offer consumers a huge variety of sporting goods, beauty goods, food, among others. Because of that necessity found, Reinoso Importaciones will offer to the market an electronic sport bracelet called Jawbone Up, which can be used by professional or amateur athletes. The objective is to make people aware of the benefits of this product and guide them to change their sedentary lifestyle. To ensure the positioning of the Jawbone brand, the company will offer customers a value-added focus on the benefits they will receive when purchasing the product. These benefits include discounts or promotions in sports centers, beauty centers, healthy restaurants, among others. For this, Reinoso Importaciones will make strategic alliances with these companies, in order to offer a complementary service. Jawbone Up is the first step in changing the lifestyle, but must be complemented with a good diet and an exercise routine. Additionally, to support the quality of Jawbone Up, the product will be sold through known and positioned companies in the market such as Marathon Sports and Kao Sport Center. Having performed an extensive market research, the data obtained regarding the project is encouraging, where 77% of the market would be interested to know and test the product. On the other hand, as initial investment the company needs the amount of $26.246,82 dollars to implement the project. For the financial value of the company, the obtained result was an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 25,64% and the payback of the investment is expected in a period of three years. Considering these factors, it has been determined that the project is viable and profitable in the selected market.
