Descripción : The product that is wished to develop and to commercialize is a countable software administrative financier adapted to the Ecuadorian regime of taxation with modules that join to the governmental entities with the current requirements of the market, it will be commercialized first in the city of Quito, for after creating a positioning of the brand, it was realized on the national level. This product is of great demand, the traditional accounting every day is remaining obsolete being an integrated system who replaces it, nowadays the regulative governmental entities demand crossing of monthly information of the purchases and of the sales for the taxation of taxes, being the system an automatic tool that expires with the above mentioned requirements in a minor time and with veracious information. The product was improving itself in the College of Bookkeepers of Bargain where they will be principal strategic allies for the commercialization of the countable system; a picture of commissions appears to the book-keepers that close sales in the different companies where they advise in an accounting way; besides advertising in social means, web page, advertising atl and btl. The development of the software needs initial investment in licenses and system developers having a time of short development with experts advising in the branch. The investment is estimated in a beginning of 240000 dollars and the projected earnings 60000 dollars in average during the first 5 years, there be had that his point of balance in 4 years approximately. The price will be relatively low for the market of countable software, according to the research of market and of prices of the competitors of the industry for this reason the product decides of an increasing demand for the companies in the range of the SMEs, where the major of companies would have the acquisitive aptitude to buy it in way of license. The Ecuadorian market every day becomes more demanding as the software and times of answers to requirements concerning the problematic relating ones to countable topics, because of it is indispensable to possess the equipment adapted so much in knowledge of the industry as in knowledge in service to the client, one tries to have a department of service to the client very well qualified to be able to give an after-sales service of quality, being this competitive advantage the industry of software, according to the market research this one is a variable that 90 % of the companies that nowadays offer this service has disregarded, creating few loyalty and bad attention to the clients who nowadays have in his respective clients portfolio. The equipment of Smartsoftwares is divided in two key departments for the success of the company; the administrative department that is the commercial area focuses in the commercialization, sale and advertising of the software. The countable area will take charge of the turnover, accounts for charging, accounts for paying, and accounting in general. The area of Human Resources, he will take charge of the payment of roles, selection of the suitable personnel for the working places. On the other hand one finds the operational department that is subdivided in the area of production, who will take charge of the development of the software and after-sales service in faults of programming. The service area to the client or support as it indicates the departmental name, offers support to the clients later to the sale, the update by means of remote control, training on line, and review of transactional annexes.
