| Descripción : | Retirees of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security - IESS - represent an important group of people who depend, in most cases, on the monthly income they receive from this institution, having contributed as members during their working life and should eligible to retire. The Retirees are also are protected in case they have the event of illness, with health benefits, and some of them participate in cultural and recreational workshops partners. Therefore, it appears the need of making an investigation to determine the perception of the Institution (IESS) as well as the facilities and services they receive from the Pension Insurance. To be taken as research shows IESS retired population of Quito. DAFO will apply to Pension Insurance IESS, interviews and surveys to retirees, their families, future retirees, IESS authorities and representatives of associations of retirees. Because of that there is a real Strategic Communication and Institutional Plan for Pension Insurance IESS, proposing to develop one for this area. The reference documents for the development of work are: the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the current Social Security Act, other laws and regulations on the Ecuadorian Social Security benefits.
