Descripción : This business plan includes the creation of MUNDO LED; a company will provide LED lighting products of high quality, focused on the needs of families in the city of Quito. MUNDO LED will handle the import and marketing of LED lighting technology. Its mission is to satisfy the expectations and needs of customers, offering LED lighting products of high quality, responsibly with the environment, society and our customers. The company gained market share through a strategy of differentiation based on the benefits of LED technology, personalized service and advice on creating environments. Among the macroeconomic factors that favor the business are: the growth of the industry wholesale and retail in the last ten years (U.S. $ 4.08879 billion in 2000) and limited direct competition. Microeconomic factors influential is the acceptance of high quality products and advanced technology. The market research to target established through surveys, expert interviews and focus groups, found a positive outlook and acceptance of MUNDO LED products. The total investment is $ 63.101.86, including current assets, fixed assets and intangible assets. This investment is financed with a leverage of 78% and 22% of equity. The financial analysis was evaluated in three stages: normal, optimistic and pessimistic at which the NPV is greater than zero and IRR shows the expected returns on industry to demonstrate economic viability of the business.
