| Resumen : | El siguiente trabajo es un análisis de la percepción de la imagen corporal en un grupo de cuatro travestis masculinos elaborado a partir del discurso de los mismos. En el desarrollo de este trabajo se revela cómo se ven estos sujetos en relación a los personajes que encarnan y el valor que ellos dan a esta práctica travesti. Dicho trabajo tiene como finalidad el entender cómo se estructura la imagen corporal y además comprender el motivo de esta actividad en la particularidad de cada sujeto. El método utilizado para la realización de esta investigación fue la aplicación individual de una entrevista profunda a los cuatro participantes, que mencionaron aspectos sobre; su cuerpo, su personaje travesti, el valor y significado del travestismo y, las implicaciones en torno a esta actividad. |
| Descripción : | The following paper is an analysis of the perception of body image in a group of four male transvestites drawn from their discourse. In the development of this work reveals how these subjects are seen in relation to the characters they embody and the value they give to this transvestite practice. The purpose of this work is to understand how the body image is structured and also to understand the reason for this activity in the particularity of each subject. The method used to carry out this research was the individual application of a deep interview to the four participants, who mentioned aspects about; their body, their transvestite character, the value and meaning of transvestism and the implications of this activity. |
