Descripción : This business plan aims to implement the company Lénergie as a natural person with a legal basis dedicated to providing Psycho-physical energy therapies. The lack of companies dedicated to delivering Psycho-physical energy therapies in the los chillos valley is the main opportunity to develop the business. Be aimed at people between 25 and 75 years of middle and upper middle class, exposed to stress, fatigue, health conscious or just want to improve the quality of life. The population of the los chillos valley has increased at a rate of 1.25% from 2005 according to data from INEC, directly influencing the increase of the target market. The industry is other community service activities, social and personal services have increased the contribution of value added in a 4.32% since 2008 according to Central Bank of Ecuador. Descriptive qualitative research using depth interviews with experts showed that they are men and women who attend centers of relaxation, primarily for health care and improve quality of life. In addition, trained personnel, adequate facilities and advertise the business has allowed body care market and relaxation has been an important evolution in recent years. The focus group was focused to potential end users and as a result we obtained information about the tastes, preferences and trends as buyers. With descriptive quantitative research found acceptance for the creation of a Psycho-physical energy therapies in the Valle de los Chillos, through individual surveys. Knowledge of Psycho-physical energy techniques is the main competitive advantage over beauty salons and Spas. A non-traditional service, with facilities away from the noise and pollution of the city provides competitive differentiation and deliver value to customers. In addition, the penetration of niche strategy will focus on the target market.
