| Descripción : | This monograph documents the Business Plan for the Real State Project “Sismo – Resistente PROMOL S. A.” located in the Middle of World Highway, Pomasqui sector, Pichincha Province, Ecuador. PROMOL S.A was conceived from macroeconomic studies of the country, population preferences analysis, their economic situation, the housing deficit in the province and, the potential demand for the sector. The following items were developed: a budget to determine the project costs and, a financial study hereby the pessimist and optimist scenarios with the start point inherent risks for a real state project having these features were determined. |
