| Resumen : | La presente investigación se centra en el estudio para la implementación de una propuesta de acción e intervención dentro del área de emergencias del Hospital Básico Pillaro, la metodología empleada comprende un enfoque cuantitativo, estudio de tipo no experimental, transversal, con un alcance descriptivo y correlacional, así como, un método deductivo. Hay que mencionar que se ha intervenido directamente en el área de estudio y en base a un diagnóstico previo se han considerado las actividades base para la intervención. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos se demuestra que es necesario crear un plan de intervención prioritario desde el área de emergencia en el ámbito de salud propiciándole prioridad al paciente sin necesidad de trasladarse a una clínica particular en busca de atención prioritaria, así como las personas que no tienen la posibilidad económica y necesariamente deben ser trasladadas a otro centro de salud en donde se cuente con la tecnología necesaria para atener la dificultad. |
| Descripción : | The present research focuses on the study for the implementation of a proposal for action and intervention within the emergency area of the Pillaro Basic Hospital, the methodology used includes a quantitative approach, a non-experimental, transversal study, with a descriptive and correlational scope., as well as, a deductive method. It should be mentioned that direct intervention has been made in the study area and based on a previous diagnosis, the base activities for the intervention have been considered. According to the results obtained, it is shown that it is necessary to create an intervention plan priority from the emergency area in the health field, providing priority to the patient without the need to go to a particular clinic in search of priority care, as well as people who do not have the financial possibility and must necessarily be transferred to another health center in where the necessary technology is available to overcome the difficulty. |
