| Resumen : | El presente proyectos tuvo como propósito, elaborar un PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA IMPLEMENTAR UN INCREMENTO EN LA ATENCIÓN EN LA ESPECIALIDAD DE ODONTOLOGÍA EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD A EL COCA La muestra en la que se enfocará de carácter convencional estará conformada por 32 pacientes que acuden diariamente bajo agenda odontológica para la atención en el Centro de Salud A El Coca con un total de 640 pacientes que deben acudir al mes. En la cual se procedió a realizar estrategias para el plan las cuales son; 1. Organizar y facilitar las derivaciones o referencias con los sectores más cercanos a la provincia y utilizando LA RED DE SALUD PÚBLICA, 2. Llamada telefónica y confirmación de su asistencia a la cita médica y en caso que el paciente no pueda acudir se cancelara la cita y se reagendara para un día conveniente, 3 Socializaciones a empresas públicas y privadas, a comunidades, barrios, sectores urbanos y rurales, instituciones educativas, etc., En las cuales se dará a conocer los servicios que presta en el departamento de odontología. Para las estrategias mencionadas anteriormente se evaluará con la fórmula; Pacientes entendidos agendados diariamente x día y x mes Se utilizará el sistema AS400 el periodo de aplicación será durante un trimestre el cual se medirá si las estrategias que se han propuesto funcionaron de manera favorable y han disminuido el ausentismo y se ha logrado por lo menos un 85 por ciento de citan agendadas sean atendidas satisfactoriamente. Una vez realizado el periodo de evolución se sacarán lo resultados y se realizara un análisis si es factible o no continuar con las estrategias o buscar nuevas técnicas para el incremento de producción del Departamento De Odontología Del Centro De Salud A El Coca. Se realiza un análisis crítico cada mes La técnica utilizada para obtener la información debe ser de carácter observacional, a través de la evaluación del sistema AS400 mediante el sistema de agendamiento y si el paciente acudió o no, de esta manera se medirá la factibilidad del plan. Conclusión; Los principales factores que intervienen el ausentismo en el Departamento de Odontología del Centro De Salud A El Coca están causados por; la falta de especialidades en odontología, la situación geográfica de la provincia y donde reside el paciente, la ausencia a su cita médica por cualquier factor involuntario provocan consecuencias como la perdida de producción en el departamento y la perdida de reagendación de la cita y asignación de un nuevo turno. |
