Resumen : | El objetivo principal de este estudio fue determinar si la alta demanda de trabajo esta asociado el distrés en los trabajadores operativos y administrativos de la empresa Diebold Nixdorf Ecuador S.A., en todo el territorio nacional ecuatoriano. En esta investigación participaron 137 trabajadores de la empresa Diebold Nixdorf Ecuador S.A., cuya actividad económica es la venta, instalación y mantenimiento de terminales financieras ATM automatic teller machine, los cuales completaron el cuestionario General Health Questionnaire GHQ 12 para distrés. Incluidas las preguntas del cuestionario de condiciones de trabajo y salud en Latinoamérica el módulo preguntas generales PG. Para el análisis de datos se determinó si el personal tiene tiempo suficiente para realizar su trabajo, y el personal que tiene distrés. Se encontro unas relaciones estadísticamente significativas tener tiempo suficiente para realizar el trabajo con la cefalea p igual 0,037, el trabajar muy rapido y no tener tiempo para realizar la totalidad de su trabajo p igual 0,002. De igual manera, mediante un análisis a través de regresión logística, se determina las personas que padecen cefaleas son un factor de riesgo importante para el desarrollo de distrés Odds Ratio 2,65, intervalo de confianza del 05 por ciento 1,159 6,06. Además, resalta que los trabajadores también padecen de dolor de muñeca, por lo que se vuelve una variable de control. |
Descripción : | The main objective of this study was to determine if the high demand for work is associated with distress in the operational and administrative workers of the company Diebold Nixdorf Ecuador S.A., throughout the Ecuadorian national territory. In this investigation, 137 workers of the company Diebold Nixdorf Ecuador S.A. participated, whose economic activity is the sale, installation and maintenance of ATM automatic teller machine financial terminals, who completed the General Health Questionnaire GHQ 12 for distress. Including the questions from the questionnaire on working conditions and health in Latin America, the general questions PG module. For the data analysis, it was determined if the personnel have enough time to carry out their work, and the personnel who have distress. Statistically significant relationships were found between having enough time to do the job with the headache p equal 0.037, working very fast and not having time to do all the work p equal 0.002. In the same way, through an analysis through logistic regression, it is determined that people who suffer from headaches are an important risk factor for the development of distress Odds Ratio 2.65, confidence interval of 05 percent 1.159 6.06 . In addition, it highlights that workers also suffer from wrist pain, which is why it becomes a control variable. |
