| Descripción : | In the past years the essence of the concept of “Good Living” has passed from a simple ideal to a trend in politics influencing Andean society. This concept has renewed the original believes of our indigenous people impacting the social collectivity in Ecuador and Bolivia. The Constitutions of these countries have adopted this concept –to the followers of the occidental doctrine – or philosophy of life –to the followers of indigenous believes – in their legal systems. Nowadays, the “Good Living” is the principle objective of public policies that are related to several constitutional rights oriented to guaranteeing the Good Living of people |
