Descripción : The present business plan seeks to determine the viability of creating a company dedicated to the production and exportation of ready-to-eat food based on cooked quinoa, vacuum packed, to Paris-France. France has been chosen as the destination since it is the country with the highest consumption of quinoa in Europe, and also there is a growing trend towards organic, healthy, and innovative products, which are in line with an accelerated pace of life, but without neglecting the own well-being and the traceability of food. In order to determine the feasibility of the business, firstly there were analyzed the external factors that affect the enterprise, reaching a favorable result on the company's environment. Henceforth, both qualitative and quantitative tools were used to carry out an analysis of the client; based on this the target market was determined and a successful and relevant marketing plan was defined. Here stands out the attributes of the product such as its nutritional qualities and ecological character, an indirect distribution through a wholesale channel that will have Euronat, the largest quinoa importer in Europe, as an intermediary, and great advertising efforts to position the product in the market. The company will operate as a limited company and will base its value and differentiation proposal on the organic quality of its raw material and the total efficiency of its processes thanks to the use of suitable machinery for the correct treatment of quinoa. Finally, a financial model was built taking into account all the implications of the operation of the company in a projected period of five years through financial statements and indicators that allowed determining that the project is viable since they yielded positive results.
