| Resumen : | En el POU 2018 se planteó una serie de micro centralidades en diferentes barrios, dispuestas en lugares específicos, cumpliendo con una vocación y función según las necesidades de la población permanente y flotante del sitio. Las micro centralidades se implementaron como una red urbana organizada y equilibrada, ya que los equipamientos, espacios públicos y edificaciones se organizaron adecuadamente permitiendo que las actividades que se realicen en el sector motiven a convertirse en un entorno urbano donde el peatón tenga prioridad, los espacios públicos generen mayor interacción y por lo que corresponde a movilidad alternativa y el uso del transporte público tendrán preponderancia frente a el uso de vehículos motorizados. En concreto, como respuesta a la problemática de la micro centralidad 4, donde se intervendrá con el desarrollo del proyecto de trabajo de titulación, para mermar la inseguridad, se ha propuesto implementar equipamientos múltiples que esencialmente sean de vivienda y en planta baja pueda funcionar diferentes tipos de comercio que respondan a las necesidades de los residentes de la edificación y de los usuarios flotantes del sitio. Finalmente, la zona de estudio contará con identidad espacial y patrimonial, siendo un espacio compacto y atractivo para la residencia, permanencia de locales y visitantes del sector. |
| Descripción : | In the POU 2018, a series of micro centralities in different neighborhoods were proposed, arranged in specific places, fulfilling a vocation and function according to the needs of the permanent and floating population of the site. The micro centralities were implemented as an organized and balanced urban network, since the facilities, public spaces and buildings were properly organized allowing the activities carried out in the sector to motivate them to become an urban environment where pedestrians have priority, spaces generate greater interaction and, as regards alternative mobility and the use of public transport, they will have preponderance over the use of motorized vehicles. Specifically, as a response to the problem of micro centrality 4, where the development of the titling work project will be intervened, to reduce insecurity, it has been proposed to implement multiple facilities that are essentially housing and can function differently on the ground floor types of commerce that respond to the needs of the residents of the building and the floating users of the site. Finally, the study area will have a spatial and patrimonial identity, being a compact and attractive space for the residence, permanence of locals and visitors to the sector. |
