Descripción : The purpose of this business plan is to demonstrate the feasibility of developing a new company to produce and export chocolate truffles filled with mortiño jelly, using Ecuadorian organic raw materials and to develop a market position in the country of export, such as the German market. , by working hand in hand with small local farmers, keeping high quality standards and safety, thus delivering a highly competitive exploitable product. Germany has been recognized worldwide as one of the countries that consumes the most chocolate, and that presents a great concern for health care, an important fact, since our plan is to provide organic products to maintain health standards. For this reason, MorT - KaKaO saw a market opportunity to satisfy this need. The diversity that Ecuador has in its natural resources compared to certain countries, represents a great advantage because it has fruits that are cultived endemically produced in the country, unlike others, which are creditors to a high content of minerals and antioxidants. The strategy presented by the marketing plan is based on differentiation and on the internationalization strategy, which will allow reaching the target market of 4438 people in a range of 18 to 64 years, who have a high purchasing power and tend to consume organic products, since it seeks to provide innovation to an existing product, thus providing a healthier and more organic experience for the market. Finally we can conclude from the commercial and financial point of view that the creation of a company focused on the elaboration and export of a chocolate-based confection presents a scenario with a positive profitability, both for the flow of the investor and for the project, presenting a net present value (NPV) and an optimal internal rate of return (IRR).
