| Resumen : | El proyecto de titulación Ballet Nacional corresponde al Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano planteado en el semestre 2019, 2, el cual abarca los barrios El Batán, Ana Luisa, El inca, Iñaquito y Guanguiltagua. La propuesta fue realizada en tres etapas, entre estas la etapa de diagnóstico en donde se observó las problemáticas que presenta el sector, la etapa analítica en donde se analiza el origen del problema y como este puede llegar a la etapa final de propuesta, planteando de esta manera una estructura urbana la cual favorezca al usuario, a su vez se ha diseñado diferentes espacios los cuales abastezcan y solucionen los problemas presentes dentro de la accesibilidad, espacio público, morfología, movilidad y centralidades. Dentro de la fase de diagnóstico se observa que el área de estudio no se encuentra dotada por una suficiente cantidad de equipamientos, a su vez los existentes no obtienen las características principales para un eficiente funcionamiento, es por esto que el equipamiento Ballet Nacional se decide mantener y potenciarlo, lo cual ayudara a fortalecer la zona dentro del ámbito artístico y cultural, respondiendo a los usuarios del sector. |
| Descripción : | The degree project National Ballet corresponds to the Urban Planning Plan proposed in the 2019, 2 semester, which covers the neighborhoods El Batán, Ana Luisa, El Inca, Iñaquito and Guangüiltagua. The proposal was made in three stages, among them the diagnostic stage where the problems presented by the sector were observed, the analytical stage where the origin of the problem is analyzed and how it can reach the final stage of the proposal, proposing In this way, an urban structure which favors the user, in turn has been designing different spaces which supply and solve the problems present within accessibility, public space, morphology, mobility and centralities. Within the diagnostic phase it is observed that the study area is not endowed with a sufficient amount of equipment, while the existing ones do not obtain the main features for efficient operation, which is why the National Ballet equipment is decides to maintain and enhance it, which will help strengthen the area with in the artistic and cultural sphere, responding to users in the sector. |
