Descripción : The Business Plan for the creation of a business consulting company, focused on the structure, design, composition and valuation of business with Coaching tools, is a project whose main objective is to start a business of Consulting, for commercial purposes, at the service of small companies that need to enhance their permanence in the market or improve their administrative management. In this sense, it is intended to measure the viability, feasibility and profitability of the project, in a life time not less than 5 years, and determining the main requirements, both internal and external, that must be taken into account for the creation of the company in the local industry. On the one hand, to measure the acceptance of the consulting service, a market study was carried out with 50 participants through a survey instrument with a qualitative approach, where a high level of acceptance among the respondents could be determined. On the other hand, two interviews were conducted with experts and a Focus Group, in order to counteract the quantitative information, and thus, strengthen the conclusions on the acceptance and viability of the project. Once the important external factors for the project were determined, with the support of the theories of Pest and Porter, in addition to knowing the trends with the interviews and focus groups; an adequate model of advertising, marketing and distribution method for the service was defined. Under the name of Business & Coaching Consulting CA, it was possible to define the company's philosophy, which aims, in company with its objectives and vision, to provide added value to companies, as its slogan says, focused on tools for Coaching and Mentoring for this purpose, always seeking the growth and satisfaction of its clients. Finally, the financial variables that may influence the project were analyzed, concluding that it is a viable proposal for implementation in the market of the Metropolitan District of Quito.
