| Descripción : | This research was carried out at the Flota Imbabura Transport and Parcel Cooperative located in the city of Ibarra and with routes to various destinations throughout Ecuador. As a reference the most critical route Quito-Guayaquil is affected. A market study was carried out for which the population was divided into three groups: group 1 whose age is 16-35 years, group 2 corresponding to the group of 36-50 years and group 3 whose age is 50 years and older. The main objective of this project is to improve the traceability of parcels throughout its supply chain, both in operations and in service. The improvement proposal offers operations control, capacity control and establishing a reverse logistics order to be more efficient. In terms of service, this improvement project seeks current customer satisfaction, the program offers real-time traceability for the organization and the customer, in addition to this, it seeks to improve customer service with a claims management portal where you can manage ticket resolutions, changes and returns, lost parcels among other. |
