| Resumen : | El objetivo de la investigación es mostrar el fenómeno de la gentrificación, dar una comprensión general del tema y al mismo tiempo visibilizar las implicaciones en torno al tema para la sociedad, como para los mismos lugares donde ocurre. También se muestran las resistencias en estos espacios y las dinámicas que juegan tanto las personas como las autoridades alrededor del tema. La investigación abarca testimonios, normativas y declaraciones desde varias perspectivas: academia, comunidad, barrio, expertos en el tema y personas naturales. |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this research is to show the gentrification process, to give a general panorama about the topic. At the same time, make the implications around this urbanistic phenomenon both for society and the spaces where this occurs, visible. It also shows the resistances in these spaces and the dynamics that play both the people and the authorities around the topic. The research includes testimonies, laws and statements from different points of view such as: academy, community, neighborhood, experts and common people. |
